How the company builds

  • Respect hands-on knowledge. Grower experience remains the authority; AI organizes and explains context.
  • Use the facility's rules. Answers must come from approved SOPs, local procedures, and real crop history.
  • Prefer daily usefulness. A feature matters when it improves the next shift, the next harvest, or the next training moment.
  • Keep biology visible. The system should help people notice plant and environment signals, not bury them behind automation.
